Photographs may not be reproduced, copied, projected, or used in any way without the express written permission on our invoice stating the rights granted and the terms thereof. Low resolution images on this website may be used for mock-up use only. All digital files must be completely deleted from your computer within 30 days. Please contact us to purchase reproduction rights. Images may not be used in any way that is potentially negative or controversial.

Credit and copyright notice
The credit line must read © Shedd Aquarium, followed by the photographer's name, and must accompany any use. Invoice fee will be doubled if the credit is omitted or incorrect.

No representation
Shedd Aquarium has taken all reasonable care to ensure the correct identification of a photograph. However, Shedd Aquarium makes no warranty or representation with respect to the accuracy of its identification of the subject matter of the photographs.
